Over the past ten years, I have enjoyed
watching Maggie Lee as both she and her work have matured. Maggie brings
a deep knowledge of plant species, design and soil structure to her
landscapes, creating environments that are pleasing to the eye and
to the soul. Her
years of study of Bio-Dynamic practices, careful attention to the relationship
of water to the earth while drawing upon the work of past as well
as current masters of landscape design - all inform her work, resulting
in gardens of complexity and depth. Maggie has an artists’ eye
for beauty in the garden, a wonderful understanding of how to both create
and maintain vital and healthy, sustainable landscapes.

Maggie designed and installed
my small courtyard and surrounding gardens five years ago. She was easy to work
with and her team completed the installation promptly. She takes
special care with the plant selection and has a true knack for sensitive
combinations. All
have continued to be a source of delight and beauty to myself, guests
and casual visitors alike. And…her Biodynamic compost
which we apply each year, has allowed the garden to really flourish!

their excellent pruning skills and Maggie’s artistic eye, my large – overgrown
vines, roses and shrubs regained proportion and vitality. She introduced
